Sherri Eldridge has written over 40 tempting cookbooks that celebrate seasonal produce, seafood and regional cuisines. Her specialty is creating full-flavor lowfat recipes in a fresh culinary style. She is known for The England Seasonal Cooking series (following the guidelines of the American Heart Association), and 30 mini-cookbooks that include Best of Blueberries, Home Baked Pies and Tarts, Crab Cookery, and Healthy and Hearty One Pot Meals. Sherri has received 9 national awards of excellence as author and publisher at Harvest Hill Press. She lives in Bar Harbor, Maine, where lobster is always in season.
